HOW TO ENTER

1. Complete the form below and submit your entry payment via credit/debit card. You may enter more than one category. To do this revisit this page and fill in a new form for each entry. A fee of £195 + VAT (£229.12) is payable per entry**.

2. Provide a product image (jpg) and approximately 200 words describing how the product meets the chosen category criteria.

3. Email your entry (all images and copy) to awards@zipublishing.com

4. Please post one product sample per category to water innovation awards, Zenith International Publishing Ltd, 7 Kingsmead Square, Bath BA1 2AB, United Kingdom. Samples will not be returned.
